This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It covers enquiries and quotations only.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country and the message you write. If you email us drawings, specifications or a single-line diagram, we receive those too. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we hold it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and technical drawing, arrange production and shipment, and keep the commercial records that customs, tax and accounting rules require. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who sees it
Your enquiry passes through our website form provider and arrives in our business mailbox. Production, inspection and freight documents are shared with the factory line that makes the goods and with the forwarder that ships them, only as far as the order requires. Visitor statistics are collected by Umami, a cookie-free analytics service. It records page views, referrer, country, device type and anonymous interaction events such as quotation, WhatsApp or email-link clicks and whether an enquiry form was started or submitted. The analytics events do not contain the values typed into the form. Browser session storage is used only to retain the first campaign source and landing referrer for the current visit; it expires when the tab is closed. No cookies are set, no profile is built and you are not followed across other websites.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after two years. Order records, invoices and shipping documents are kept for as long as tax and export rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Union you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
